Важлива книга для саморозвитку

Я знайшов багато універсальних правил і практичних порад, які допомогли мені зрозуміти свої емоції та навчитися справлятися з ними. Хоча переклад книги іноді містить незначні недоліки, загальна суть та цінність матеріалу залишаються на високому рівні.
