Відкриває нові горизонти самосвідомості

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям! Автор майстерно аналізує, як сценарії, закладені в дитинстві, впливають на наше доросле життя. Я завжди вірив, що наше життя - це результат наших виборів, але книга показала, наскільки глибоко коріння цих виборів можуть сягати в наше минуле. Особливо вразили розділи, де детально описуються різні сценарії, які можуть формувати наші стосунки з оточенням, кар'єру та навіть щастя. Я дізнався багато нового про себе і тепер маю чітке уявлення про те, як можу змінити свій життєвий сценарій на краще. Хоча переклад тексту іноді залишає бажати кращого, це не заважає загальному сприйняттю книги. Рекомендую всім, хто прагне до саморозвитку та бажає зрозуміти, як змінити своє життя на краще!
