Скорочтение для каждого

Книга "Технология обучения скорочтению" действительно оправдывает своё название. Она содержит множество полезных упражнений и методик, которые можно применять самостоятельно, без необходимости посещать дорогие курсы. Я был приятно удивлён тем, как автор доступно объясняет основные принципы быстрого чтения и предлагает практические задания для их освоения. В процессе чтения я заметил, что действительно стал быстрее воспринимать информацию, а также улучшил свою концентрацию. Однако, стоит отметить, что не все упражнения подходят для каждого — некоторые из них требуют значительных усилий и времени на практику.
