"Історія Риму" Теодора Моммзена - це справжній шедевр історичної літератури, який занурює читача в епоху, коли Рим був центром відомого світу. Автор, ґрунтуючись на багаторічних дослідженнях та подорожах по Італії, вдало відтворює події, які формували цю величну цивілізацію. Книга написана зрозумілою мовою, що робить її доступною для широкого кола читачів, навіть тих, хто не є професійними істориками.
