Неймовірно корисний посібник для психотерапевтів і тих, хто прагне зрозуміти себе!

Книга "Двадцять оригінальних технік психологічного консультування" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Вона надає чіткі та структуровані техніки, які допомагають подолати почуття розгубленості під час сесій. Я, як практикуючий психотерапевт, знайшов у цій книзі безліч корисних інструментів, які легко інтегруються в мою роботу з клієнтами. Техніки, описані в книзі, не лише допомагають ставити правильні запитання, але й відкривають нові перспективи для розуміння проблем клієнтів. Хоча деякі моменти в перекладі можуть бути не зовсім точними, це не заважає загальному сприйняттю матеріалу. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто прагне покращити свої навички в психотерапії або самотерапії.
