Необхідна книга для батьків підлітків!

Ця книга - справжня знахідка для батьків, які намагаються зрозуміти своїх дітей у складний період підліткового віку. Лариса Суркова вдало піднімає важливі питання, з якими стикаються батьки: як зберегти авторитет, як підтримати дитину в моменти змін, та як знайти спільну мову в умовах постійних конфліктів. Книга наповнена практичними порадами та стратегіями, які допоможуть батькам краще зрозуміти своїх дітей, підвищити їхню самооцінку та контролювати агресію. Я особливо ціную, що автор наголошує на важливості любові та терпіння у стосунках з підлітками. Хоча в тексті є деякі недоліки в перекладі, загальна суть та цінність книги залишаються незмінними.
