Не вражає

"Здоров'я в Кошик" - книга, яка, на жаль, не вражає своєю оригінальністю та глибиною. Хоча тема природного лікування грибами дійсно цікава, але виклад матеріалу може здатися занадто поверхневим та загальним. Автор не завжди надає достатньо конкретних прикладів або наукових доказів ефективності грибів у лікуванні різних захворювань. Деякі розділи можуть здатися схожими або надто простими для досвідчених читачів. Якщо ви шукаєте глибше дослідження теми, ця книга може вас розчарувати.
