Не відповідає очікуванням

Почну з того, що "Борис Годунов" Олександра Пушкіна - це справжнє шедевр російської літератури, який заслуговує на увагу кожного любителя класики. Проте, варто визнати, що ця драма не зовсім відповідає моїм очікуванням. Автор вдало відтворив епічний характер російської історії, але дійові особи, на жаль, залишилися слабо обкресленими. Вони лише говорять, але не живуть, не діють, що робить читання трохи важким. Хоча поезія в драмі виконана на високому рівні, відсутність пристрастей, боротьби та дій робить її менш захоплюючою. Розумію, що цей недолік не є провини поета, а обумовлений особливостями російської історії, але все ж сподівався на більшу динаміку та напруженість. Загалом, "Борис Годунов" залишає суперечливі враження, але варто прочитати її для розширення свого літературного кругозору.
