Не відповідає очікуванням

Після прочитання цієї книги, я залишився розчарований, оскільки вона не відповідала моїм очікуванням. Метод керованої саморегуляції, який описується в книзі, здається досить сумнівним і не дуже науково обґрунтованим. Багато заявлень автора здаються недостатньо підтвердженими доказами або науковими дослідженнями. Хоча ідея самозцілення може бути цікавою, проте використання цього методу для лікування різних захворювань може бути небезпечним. Рекомендую підходити до цієї книги з критичним мисленням та консультуватися з фахівцем перед застосуванням будь-яких методів, описаних в ній.
