Не відповідає очікуванням

Книга "Брати, давати і насолоджуватися" залишила мене трохи розчарованим. Хоча концепція книги дуже цікава, авторка пропонує читачам зануритися у світ позитивної енергії та насолоди, проте виклад матеріалу може здатися занадто поверхневим. Відсутність глибини та деталей у розкритті теми залишає відчуття недосказаності. Я сподівався на більше практичних порад та конкретних прикладів, але зустрів більше загальних філософських роздумів. Для тих, хто шукає більше практичних інструментів, ця книга може не відповісти очікуванням.
