Не для всех

Книга "Все мы творения на день" оставила у меня смешанные чувства. С одной стороны, Ялом действительно поднимает важные темы, касающиеся жизни и смерти, и его опыт как психотерапевта делает его рассуждения ценными. Однако, с другой стороны, мне показалось, что некоторые моменты слишком затянуты, а примеры из практики не всегда были актуальными для меня. Я ожидал более практических советов, как справляться с тревогой и страхами, но многие главы были посвящены философским размышлениям, которые не всегда были понятны. Возможно, эта книга больше подойдет тем, кто уже знаком с работами Ялома или глубже интересуется психологией. В целом, это интересное произведение, но не для всех.
