Книга "Консерватизм та розвиток" є важливим внеском у розуміння сучасного політичного консерватизму, його ідейної бази та практики. Автори вдало зіставляють західні традиції консерватизму з новими течіями в Росії, що дозволяє читачеві отримати цілісну картину розвитку цієї політичної ідеології. Особливо вражає глибина аналізу суспільно-політичних факторів, які впливають на стан консерватизму сьогодні. Коментарі та інтерпретації 50 експертів надають книзі додаткову цінність, адже різноманітність поглядів дозволяє краще зрозуміти складність теми.
