Неперевершене дослідження бойового мистецтва!

Книга "Кола на воді" є справжнім відкриттям для всіх, хто цікавиться бойовими мистецтвами, особливо кобудо Окінави. Автор зумів майстерно поєднати багаторічний досвід практики та викладання, створивши унікальний твір, що не лише розкриває технічні аспекти бойового мистецтва, але й занурює читача у глибини філософії Будо. Інформація в книзі настільки насичена та різноманітна, що її можна використовувати на різних етапах навчання. Я особисто знайшов багато корисних порад, які зможу впровадити у свої тренування. Хоча переклад тексту деяких моментів може бути не зовсім точним, це не зменшує цінності книги. Рекомендую її всім, хто прагне глибше зрозуміти не лише техніку, а й дух бойових мистецтв!
