Полковник Кіт Лондрі, повертаючись до рідного міста, не лише стикається з минулим, але й з новими викликами, які змушують його переосмислити свої цінності та пріоритети. Автор майстерно описує емоційні переживання Кіта, його боротьбу за справедливість та бажання врятувати кохану. Хоча сюжет містить елементи драми та насильства, він також порушує важливі питання про моральність, відданість і силу кохання.
