Dick Francis (b. 1920) is a famous English writer, master of the adventure genre. The former professional champion jockey began his literary career with articles in Sania Express. At the same time, he published his first book, “The Sport of Queens” (1957). And his debut in the detective genre was “The Favorite” (1962). The four-volume set includes detective works by Francis. The third volume includes the novels “The Turning Point” and “Bet on Losing.”

Чудова колекція пригод і детективів!

Третій том творів Діка Френсіса - це справжнє свято для всіх шанувальників його творчості! У книзі зібрані два захоплюючих романи - «Перелом» та «Ставка на програш», які демонструють майстерність автора у створенні напружених сюжетів і яскравих персонажів. Френсіс, як колишній професійний жокей, вміло вплітає елементи конного спорту в свої історії, що робить їх ще більш захоплюючими. Читачі можуть насолоджуватися не лише детективними інтригами, але й атмосферою змагань, що додає особливого колориту. Хоча переклад тексту здійснено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків, це не заважає насолоджуватися чудовими історіями Френсіса. Рекомендую цей том усім, хто цінує якісну літературу з елементами пригод і детективу!
