In the book by Ya.V. Siverts van Reizem, the cosmological nature of the mental activity of humanity, forming the noosphere of the Earth, receives its philosophical and ethical interpretation through the properties of the Universe itself, into the fabric of which the thread of thought is initially woven. From the author’s point of view, the disclosure of the nature and determination of the goals of the creative thinking of society (public reason), understanding further ways of its development is possible only on the basis of the unity of agreed philosophical, sociological and information-semiotic approaches.
