This book includes songs written by V. Vysotsky specifically for films. Luck smiled on one of them: is it possible to imagine the film “Vertical” without his unique voice, intonations, without those lines “If a friend suddenly turned out to be…”, “The only thing better than mountains can be mountains…” forever etched in the heart and memory?! Most of these songs have the same fate as everything else he wrote. They were not included in films during his lifetime. Let’s not talk now about what these paintings were lost. Let’s just turn the pages of this collection and remember our favorite songs.
