The Hardy Brothers Detective Stories is a classic, original series of stories about brother detectives. It was published from 1927 to 1979. AST Publishing publishes this series under the title “The Hardy Brothers Detectives.”

Frank and Joe Hardy are exploring a mysterious old house located on a cliff above Barmet Bay and suddenly hear a frightening scream. After infiltrating a seemingly haunted house, the young men discover a connection between the house and a smuggling case their father is working on. When their father goes missing, the brothers must descend into the caves beneath the house and confront smugglers.
