The global financial system, as a result of the actions of the political and monetary authorities of the United States, has ceased to fulfill its functions in relation to a number of countries. In this regard, the fulfillment by the monetary authorities of the Russian Federation of obligations to the IMF and other institutions of “global finance”, given the restrictions they have introduced for the finances of the Russian Federation, is absurd.
