This is a completely pedantic story from a friend who turned out to be a great scientist, about a friend who became a great philosopher. A diary collected in parts and ordered chronologically, which time itself kept together with the author. From the preface by Ivan Boldyrev to the Russian edition, the publishing layout is preserved in a4.pdf format.

Глибока та зворушлива історія дружби

Ця книга є справжнім відкриттям для всіх, хто цікавиться життям і творчістю Вальтера Беньяміна. Автор майстерно поєднує інтелектуальну біографію з особистими спогадами, створюючи унікальний портрет не лише великого філософа, але й людини. Читання цієї книги – це подорож у часі, де ми можемо спостерігати, як дружба між Беньяміном та Гершом Шолемом формувала їхні думки та ідеї. Кожна сторінка наповнена глибиною та емоціями, що дозволяє читачеві відчути атмосферу епохи, в якій жили ці великі мислителі. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які іноді можуть відволікати, загальна якість тексту залишається високою.
