These are film stories and synopses - in other words, short film stories. Having written the script “Beloved Slave”, the author was surprised to learn from Gennady Khazanov (he told about this on live television) that his father (Khazanov) lived with a new family in the same house for many years, and he, Khazanov, saw his half-brother , although I didn’t know him. The titles of four film stories contain the word “love” in one way or another. But this does not mean at all that in other things the relationships of the heroes are devoid of this feeling. Melodrama as a genre is an excellent key to the reader’s soul, opening up the opportunity to show how very different people can love each other. Sometimes these are even mortal enemies, like the heroes of “Love on a Mission” or “Love on the Front Line.”
