Book Orthodox Church and ecumenism
The book by the Doctor of Theology, Venerable Archimandrite Justin of Cheliy (Popovich; 1894–1979) was written in 1974 and is dedicated to Orthodox ecclesiology. In the second part of the work, the author considers ecumenism as “the general name for all types of false Christianity and all false churches of Western Europe,” seeing in it a reflection of the essence of all types of humanism.
The book’s text has been translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence system. In most cases, the translation is accurate and clear, but occasionally there may be incorrect phrasing or individual words left untranslated.
