Кожна історія вражає своєю емоційною глибиною, адже автор делікатно досліджує наслідки простих вчинків, які можуть змінити наше життя назавжди. Особливо вражають авторські примітки, які надають контексту та особистого відтінку всьому, що відбувається на сторінках. МакКенна знову доводить, чому його вважають одним із найкращих сучасних письменників, і ця книга стане справжнім відкриттям для всіх, хто цінує літературу, що змушує замислитися.
