Надзвичайно корисна книга для всіх, хто цікавиться бойовими мистецтвами!

"Місяць у тумані" - це справжній путівник у світ бойових мистецтв, який стане в нагоді як новачкам, так і досвідченим практикам. Автор, спираючись на свій понад 30-річний досвід, ділиться безцінними знаннями, які допоможуть читачам зробити правильний вибір стилю бойового мистецтва, а також вдосконалити свої навички. Книга написана простою та зрозумілою мовою, що робить її доступною для широкого кола читачів. Я особливо ціную живі приклади та методичні тонкощі, які можуть бути корисними навіть для інструкторів. Хоча в тексті іноді зустрічаються неточності через переклад, це не зменшує загальної цінності книги. Рекомендую всім, хто хоче поглибити свої знання про бойові мистецтва та знайти натхнення для подальшого розвитку!
