Ця книга - справжнє свято для шанувальників детективного жанру. Лі Чайлд знову вражає своїм вмінням створювати напружений сюжет, який тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Джек Річер - це не просто герой, а символ справедливості, який готовий ризикувати всім, щоб захистити тих, хто цього потребує. Сюжет розвивається навколо шокуючої пропозиції, що ставить Річера перед моральним вибором, і це додає глибини його персонажу. Чайлд майстерно поєднує екшн з психологічними аспектами, змушуючи читача задуматися про етику та справедливість.
