Цей збірник нормативних документів є надзвичайно корисним інструментом для всіх, хто працює у сфері теплоенергетичних установок. Він містить всі основні правила та регламенти, що регламентують експлуатацію, техніку безпеки та облік теплової енергії. Якість видання вражає, адже всі документи структуровані та легко доступні для швидкого ознайомлення. Особливо корисними виявилися розділи, присвячені роботі в осінньо-зимовий період, оскільки вони містять практичні рекомендації, які можуть суттєво полегшити роботу фахівців.
