The book is written in the format of instructions on an environmentally friendly lifestyle in our Russian realities. It is conventionally divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, here the reader learns about what environmental problems modern society has, how and why they arose. How our habits and lifestyle contribute to the deterioration of the environmental situation in cities. And also about what solutions there are today, and why it depends on us, ordinary consumers, whether society today can cope with improving the environmental situation on the planet. The second part consists almost entirely of practical advice on an eco-friendly lifestyle and recommendations for introducing eco-friendly habits.
