In a city near the northern border, a strange man died - the recluse Ascrobius. Having quietly rested, after his death he captured the minds of the townspeople. Rumors spread about a missing grave, which was later called dissolved. Something mysterious and incomprehensible is going on in the city. Nobody can say anything concrete. But the identity of the deceased Ascrobius, as well as the phenomenon of the grave, disturbs and haunts the residents of the town. Dr. Klatt undertakes to solve this problem.
