Hamid is a boy from distant Morocco. His life, like many Moroccan children, is not easy. Often he has to solve very complex problems. He saves his little blind sister Kinza when her heartless stepfather wants to sell her to a beggar. In search of support and refuge, Hamid ends up with missionaries. There the Light of life is revealed to him - Jesus Christ. And when this Light filled his heart, he decides to spread It among his family. The opposite of him is the only spoiled daughter of rich Englishmen. But the Light of life opens for her too when she encounters the hopeless need of Moroccan children. She frees herself from selfishness and finds the purpose of life in serving others.
