The book The Road Illuminated by the Sun is published for the first time based on a manuscript recently discovered in the papers of the monk Simeon of Athos (1915–1999). The book was written in solitude on Mount Athos and was addressed to a certain Demetrius, the child of Simeon. At the same time, it is obvious that the author addresses it to every person seeking answers to many deeply hidden questions: about life, its moral Supergoal, spiritual improvement, about the search for God and the long-awaited meeting with Him. Modern man for the most part lives with his mind, not with his heart. This book is designed to awaken the intuitive side of a person, bring it back to life, and answer the questions of his heart.
